These terms apply when you use this website and when you buy from Heavy Satelit. Please read them — they set out what we owe you and what we expect in return.

2. Using this website
You may browse, search and contact us freely. You may not scrape the site at scale, copy our photographs or listing text for another dealership, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages.
3. Listings and availability
We work hard to keep listings accurate, and everything is inspected before it is published. Even so, specifications, mileage, equipment and availability can change, and occasional errors happen. A listing is an invitation to make an offer — it is not a binding offer of sale until we confirm availability in writing.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in USD and exclude transport unless stated otherwise. Transport is quoted separately. We reserve the right to correct an obviously incorrect price before a sale is confirmed; if that happens you are told immediately and are under no obligation to proceed.
5. Purchase process
Submitting a purchase request costs nothing and does not commit you to buy. A sale is formed only when you have signed the Purchase Agreement we send you and we have confirmed it. The agreement, together with these terms, governs the transaction.
6. Payment
Payment is by bank wire transfer to a corporate account in the name Heavy Satelit, against an invoice that matches your signed agreement and carries a unique reference.
We never request payment by gift card, cryptocurrency, wire-transfer apps, or to a personal or third-party account. If you receive such a request, it does not come from us — stop and call .
7. Delivery
We arrange transport with vetted carriers to the address on your agreement. Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith and can be affected by weather, road conditions and carrier scheduling. Risk passes to you on delivery; title passes when the sale is finalised after the inspection period.
8. Inspection period and returns
Every purchase includes a 10-business-day inspection period from delivery. The full terms, including what qualifies and how refunds are processed, are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Condition of used goods
Unless a listing says otherwise, machines are sold used and carry the wear appropriate to their age and use. Where a manufacturer or third-party warranty applies, it is stated on the listing and passes to you subject to that provider's terms.
10. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost trips, lost income or accommodation costs.
11. Intellectual property
The text, photographs, video and design on this website belong to Heavy Satelit or our licensors. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.
12. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one in force on the date your agreement is signed.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our registered address, United States. Disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live.
